You are not alone. I have been there too.

I understand what it feels like to be obesessing over how your body looks, to give in to food and alcohol when stress and anxiety arise, to doubt your self-worth, to keep trying to stick with a health goal but fall off the wagon every time. It is frustrating because you know that you want to make a change but something keeps holding you back.

It’s okay, that’s what I am here for.

With holistic health coaching, I help women to rise from their negative emotions, body shame, struggles with stress and unhealthy behaviours to take back their authoriy in life, allow themselves to break free and become who they are aspired to be.

My approach is to empower you, to guide you to dig deeper in your knowings, and from there, to show up powerfully and differently for yourself. It’s about finding the expert in you and let you lead the way.

 Programme Options

 

I offer two different programmes that are for different circumstances, goals, and needs. Each programme serves its purpose to empower you and awaken your inner expert to achieve your health and wellness goals. With my personal holistic practice, I support you to re-discover yourself, look deeper into your knowings, and explore your strengths to create a healthy and balanced life the way you want.

Each programme includes 50 minutes weekly calls over the course of the programme’s period.

 
 

8 WEEKS FOUNDATION PROGRAMME

This programme is for you if:

〰 You have been working out or being on several diets but you don’t see any results

〰 Or, you have been striving for a healthy lifestyle but you either say “I want to but it is difficult” or you just don’t know where to start

The programme allows you to unearth your “why” before entering any training programme or being on any specific diet. It is about finding what works best for you. You will be discovering your personal struggles and strengths to further develop self-awareness. Once having a solid foundation of self-awareness and self-efficacy, you will be able to set out realistic goals and to know exactly how to achieve them. 

TOTAL WELLNESS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME

This programme is for you if:

〰 You are ready to take back the authority in your health and your life

〰 You want to overcome all barriers that come between you and your health and wellness

〰 You understand that it would take work and time to reprogramme and develop healthy habits

The Total Wellness Transformation allows us to dig deeper in your root beliefs and values. You are committed to break free from any obsessions and self- hate. Instead, you choose to honour and love yourself and your body. 

This programme is completely personalised to your priorities and your goals. With a minimum of three-month commitment, it is all about you and your capabilities to strive for a healthy and balanced life. The commitment might take longer if needed, this is a place for you to grow and to re-connect with yourself.
