I am a holistic health and wellness coach, a fitness coach, and your all-time motivator.

It is possible to find a balance in life, through self-awareness and a good guidance. With that belief, I highly value acceptance and empathy in my coaching, and my goal is to empower you, not to change you. You are your own expert, and you have the authority in your life. Allow me to guide you to unearth your “why” and further explore your “how”, and provide ongoing support while you set goals and make sustainable changes.

Holistic simply means whole.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellness coaching to help you better understand yourself and the core values of your well-being. When people talk about health, nutrition and exercise often first come to mind. But, health is more than that!

Holistic health is about looking beyond your physical body and seeing you as a whole person. It focuses on every aspect in your life – physically, mentally, spiritually. It is not about giving up one thing for another, but is to find how you can create a healthy balance in life without restricting yourself from doing things that you enjoy.

With holistic health and wellness coaching, we work together to find “how” in your own terms and create a plan that will stick. It starts with honing in on the emotional and personal factors behind your behaviours. While keeping those in place, we tackle developing a healthier routine, mindset, and how to respond in important elements of your life (e.g. personal growth, relationships, health, career, money, life purposes).
